What patients come with.

Acute and chronic back and neck pain, blocked spinal joints, joint pain, headaches, numbness in the hands, sciatica, pain in the sternum and chest (excluding heart problems).

When to see a doctor first.

If the pain started after a fall or injury, or comes with numbness around the groin, problems passing urine or stool, increasing leg weakness, fever, unexplained weight loss or chest pain that may be heart-related — contact a doctor first, and with sudden symptoms go to the emergency department or call 112.

How I work.

01

History and assessment

I look for what keeps the pain going: loads, habits, movement restrictions. That tells me where to start.

02

Manual therapy

Gentle mobilisation and manipulation techniques for the spinal joints, used to improve mobility. Plus stretching of ligaments, tendons and fascia, trigger point work and, if needed, therapeutic massage.

03

Graded loading

I match exercises to what your body tolerates today and increase the load gradually. I also explain what to do day to day between visits.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on the cause and how long the pain has lasted. After the first visit you'll know the plan. After that, some people come back when the pain returns, and some come preventively, once or twice a month.

Do I need an MRI or X-ray?

No. If you have imaging results, bring them, but they are not required to start physiotherapy.

How much does a visit cost?

Manual therapy (40 min) costs 150 PLN, therapeutic massage (60 min) 170 PLN. Current prices and slots are on Booksy.

Do I need a referral?

No. You don't need a referral for a private visit. Just book on Booksy or call.
